3.3. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services without prior notice, provided it does not violate existing contractual obligations.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the delivery of our services.
4.2. You agree not to misuse our services in any way, including but not limited to unlawful activities or actions that violate these terms.
4.3. You must communicate any changes to your requirements promptly to ensure smooth service delivery.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment for services must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice or service agreement.
5.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Any intellectual property created by ONE MAN AGENCY PTE. LTD. as part of its services remains the property of the Company until full payment is received.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property created by the Company without prior written permission.
8. Termination of Services
8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
8.2. In the event of termination, you must pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
8.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
9.2. The total liability of the Company is limited to the amount you paid for the services rendered.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
11. Modifications to Terms
11.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
